I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea of needing chillers to keep warm-water fish...we live in different worlds...

I imagine it’s the same for south Asian aquarists. Summers here 100 F + for months. My power bills for last summer were way more than the chiller.

It’s a messy tank that was so restrictive in what would grow before I wish I had this set up at the beginning, I could have aquascaped it beautifully.

Finally seen couple of the eels.
Fire eels are huge now but they so rarely come out I’ve barely noticed their growth.
Starved them for a few days so do a stock take.

I’ll have to measure, tanks got too many hides to ever measure the eels though
