Just heard from a Pond Coat dealer in NC and they have the 5g Pond Coat in stock. 
I will be driving down there in the next week or so to pick it up. Also will be ordering my glass this friday.

I have changed the sump yet again.
I will be moving a wall or two and have all but decided to go with Poret foam instad of scrubbies. I think it will work out better for me in the long run. I did drill and dry fitl the water returns. It's not a terribly exciting picture but I will post it later tonight. Gotta that the wife out to dinner first.
Here is a fuzzy picture of the spray bar return....I told you it wasn't exciting! I will still need to shorten it and cap the end but you get the idea.
