Which one? My guess more specifically is Baryancistrus demantoides (not Hemiancistrus subviridis); the fins look to me to be attached, but I can be wrong.

Its a hemiancistrus subviridis. Only the hemis can have spots going down the length of the body. The dorsal connection to the adiopose fin is the best way to tell, but the dorsal must be fully erect to tell. luckily in the this case the spots give it away
