wow tank looks awesome. With all that ground cover how do adequately siphon all the poop out? Doesn't it get stuck under everything?

Tank and fishes look great, I see you got some rainbows, I kinda miss having my yellow rainbow and emerald green rainbow. Get some millennium red rainbow.

I don't have substrate, I use slate tile instead. Everything gets picked up by the filters, which are full of poop and need to be emptied every few months. It is maintainence time soon so I will snap a pic of the settling chamber.

Yes, i have bosemani, emerald/wanamensis, yellow, and madagascar rainbows in there. Most of them were from someone on craigslist who was shutting their tank down. The one thing I dont like about rainbowfish is that they are highly susceptible to mycobacteria, which is carried by most fish. Is the millennia rainbow the g. incisus or that red albino strain, i can't remember

Yes that correct.

So those pics were the full tank shot, settling/aquaponic/refugium/chamber, and drip line. My golden killies have been breeding in the tank and little fish show up in my sump. I net them out and grow them up in the chamber. It is tough to see but there is lots of sawdust at the bottom of the chamber. I vacuum it out when it gets about 2" high, which takes about 3 months.

Also, I saw an undocumented pleco in there today! I will try and get a pic of him. And, 3 more new species to be added in June. Stay tuned.
