Ok gents wanted to share my pond with everyone, 3800 g's, it has 1 Shumbkin which I've had for 2 years, 2 Koi that are 1 year old (12+"s) and I've added 4 more Koi that are about 4's..... One question, I was thinking about adding my very docile 5" female Jag for the summer, in this size pond would it be an issue for the Koi? She doesn't compete well with other cichlids in my 200g, and just isn't growing....

Pond looks great, not sure about the jag though.

jag would be fine in with the fish!!

dont worry

you could even add more fish in there
:]

great pond BTW
:D

I know this is kind of an older post but that's a really pretty pond, I love the rock edging & waterfall.

And I think the jag would be just fine, at least until it gets cold. Big koi can be kind of bullies but it's a big pond, should be good.

Yes, beautiful. Any updates on how the Jag is doing in there?

Beautiful pond! I'm in the process of building my above ground pond.

nice lookin pond

Thanks for all the positive comments, the water has greened up a touch, and I haven't seen the Jag in a few weeks, so I'm not certain what's going on, but she isn't bothering the Koi...
