Do you see the Jag when you feed? I've grown out chiclids in my pond in the past and they always come up to feed w/ the goldfish. Just wondering, the jag is probally OK since outdoor ponds have plenty of natural food falling in.

Well the little lass wasn't eating pellets, and that is all I feed to the Koi, so I never see her come up for food, she's probably scaveging for something, I'm going to do a mass water change and get some of the sludge out of there and see if I can spot her....
More circulation and less, but more frequent feedings. Any updates on the Jag? Is the bottom of the pond just liner or do you have gravel? A gravel bed will house beneficial bacteria to help w/ the green water. A UV may help but that is just one more item that needs to be hidden.
