My 4 Setups

Finally some inspiration for my 70. I am also planning on doing a full african tank also, but different stocking wise.

Right now i would like:
2 African butterfly fish
7 congo or yellow congo tetras
2 African butterfly cichlid pairs

So one species for each level


I doubt i can get any of the rare or uncommon hemichromis or tetra species here..

that would look nice. Wetspot has a lot of different African tetras in stock along with African barbs. Might want to take a look.

I am based in South Africa so getting fish online is basically non-existent. If i find some other african fish available then ill look into them. I also cant get RO water, and my water is fairly hard so i have to look for captive bred and as far as i know there is not a vast variety to choose from as far as captive bred african fish go. I have experimented with peat moss with the current stock so i can use that at least

I wish i had those sites though. Fish are cheapish here but sometimes its Incredibly hard to find what you want
