Thanks RD. His colors seem to be better in a divided tank. I guess the aggression brings out his colors but i'm also afraid it will stress him out.
 
If it was my fish, I would give him a substantial sized tank of his own.
As he matures & completes peeling, he's going to be a gem. I've kept RT's, but never had a male with this type of potential for overall color, and overall pearling. I can see why you're so stoked, especially considering the price that you paid. In Bangkok you would have to add another $100 to the price to get a fish of that size, and quality.

Thanks for the little tid bit, i'm definately going to give him a tank of his own. I just need to move a few things around.

Are you expecting the dark patches to fade away completely in time ? I'm guessing they will.
