giar, I think we touched on this on one of your other threads, but the issue you are going to have starting now, is maintaining proper water parameters with these fish in this small amount of water. Assuming this tank is properly cycled and producing nothing but nitrates, your nitrate creep is probably going to be more than 5ppm per day. This is going to mean you'll have to do more than one fin-level water change per week to keep nitrates under ~20ppm.

Flowerhorn looks female bc of the spot in the dorsal fin. And dam that's a lot of fish for that size tank lol you have good filters on there but still all those guys grow big and poop as much as they eat. You just feed once a day or multiple times ? I've seen those gars take down rats howpfully he doesn't see friends as food

lol yeah i figured i am goin to need a bigger tank soon..

i feed them ghost shrimp once a day.. i buy like 1$ worth of shrimps on my way home from work, which have roughly 100 shrimps.. and since i go out of town every weekends i buy 200 shrimps put it all in the tank which will last about 2 days.. so they have 1 day of no food on sunday every week.

i dont know if i over feed them or not
so far i only have ph test kid and the ph is been stable at 7.8-7.9.. i do 20% wc every friday before i go out town tho..

i consider the 2 fx6 as a long term investment .. i could buy smaller filters for the current 50 gal tank then eventually i would need bigger and bigger filters as my fish and tank grows.

im getting a bigger tank sooner or later and i dont need to worry about filters anymore
