Haha it's been on my mind all day. Hoping for the best, did some work on it earlier.

I had a chunk taken out of the corner of my 150 near the bottom and it was fine. It was the same height.

Well, 150 and 500 is a big weight difference, but did you do anything to it? Did silicone help?

Added some substrate, sealed on the overflow covers and got under the stand to drill in six hanger shafts to reinforce the 2x6's.

Just need to hook the sump up and maybe put a little bit more of substrate in, then nail the top trim of the stand back on once I am satisified with the chip situation, then will come the first water test...
