Awesome tank! What's the filtration like?

I have a 4x2x2 wet/dry sump with matrix/aquaclay/substrate pro all submerged on the bottom together with bioballs (600) and srubbies (650+).
I also have a small sand filter with 10kg of sand for mech and bio filtration.

Is that an Emperor Cichlid I see? MONSTER!

Yes, I had three but they do not let up on each other and the two smaller ones killed the larger one. I think I had three males because these two are always at it.
