Bass look nice, you can see some red in the tails already

Pond is probably 25-30ft from corner to corner...id say maybe 20 ft wide.

Thanks guys....Lunatics...I think I got them around the end of july....THey were closer to 3'' when I got them. ANd I just picked up the 2'' occel and tem a week ago today. They are adjusting well and eating tubifex worms. I may throw in a small cichlid w/ the small two so maybe it'll teach them to eat the pellets. The mono's get tubifex worms as well....feed them 2 and sometimes 3 times a day. They get an occasional 100+ guppies every other week or so.

kuso...i'll get pics of the pond when I go back to my parents house in a few weeks. Im second guessing put in the pbass....Im being told they may not survive the winter.

Update on the bass......ocel and tem at 3''....mono's at about 5'' on day 3 or 4 of no food goin to pellets.

so are they officially on pellets i got two of my 4 pbass around 5-8" to eat pellets, without starving them, instead i place the pellets on a chop stick wrapped with live blood worms and place the food at the top of the tank 2 of my pb takes it all in the other two guys spit out the pellets, hopefully they'll all convert.

NO my pbass are on day 4 or 5 of starvin...I had to put them in the big tank today and there is no live food thrown in there anymore...just carnivore pellets, krill and silversides. I got my bichirs off of live finally...they didnt eat for a good month. NOw the 3'' pbass are in the 55 gallon as of this morning. I had 3 real nice 3-4'' discus in my 120g for a good couple weeks until this morning...my hybrid cat ate one of them so the discus are in the 55g w/ my 3'' pbass.

Im down to 4 mono's since they have been in the 120. A hungry ornate got one the second night and one died when I went to catch them all and put them back in the 55. But they were waaaaay to hard to catch and one just all of a sudden gave up and went limp.....had a heart attach or something? But he was fine for a bit but now he is gone. Measured him at 5'' and his gills were clean(so no parasites)....tank params...ammonio 0, nit, 0, ph 7.6, temp 86. The other 4 are doing great. I did a w/c and all is good as of now.

Wait...Ive been having an algae bloom real bad the last week or so....After my w/c my water has cleared up a bit. ANd now I count five again....so I freaked out the other and killed it for no reason...I thought my ornate had eaten one but now I notice they didnt.....Dang...add another rookie mistake on my tally sheet. I'll update when the water clears up a bit more..

Two nights ago I had one hammer a piece of krill....spit it out and suck it up 3 times...and it didnt eat it. So I know they are gettin hungry....been almost a week and a half of no food. They are almost eatin the sinking crumbles the gourami eats as well...they follow him around and watch him eat.
