Cool..I didn't think you'd be able to get pikes out in Singapore. :headbang2

I did have a couple of lucius in my tank but it started eating everything.

I usually just net them out of a river by a local beach.

great....care to share some pixs with us???? :)

Where did you get this fish? Can i keep it in a pond? im so dumb i no you can but like what else can i keep it with.

i got it at a LFS in Singapore....i kept her with my pike cichlids and oscar...so far so good....as for pond, there shouldn't be any problem at all.... :)

Heres a pic of my most recent catch.

In a tank I had previously there were two pikes, 4 walleye, a couple rock bass and some bullheads. Eventually the pikes were the only ones left.
I remember one time I only threw in one feeder and they both grapped it at the same time and started wrestling each other for it...like how dogs jerk there heads back and forth. So cool!!

This set-up at the time was too pink for my taste, so I took out the gravel and added sand and live plants. Looks much better now.

Cool ass fish.. They don't need cooler water? Aren't your other monsters tropical?
you could acclimate them to warmer waters. i have had pike and pickeral that i kept with my oscars and dempseys. just have to do it slowly. water temp was 83 degrees
