My 700 gal fiberglass tank..

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
We purchased a 405 gallon tank to be used as a sump tank. The window is 56" x 19". It is a strong, sturdy tank. I'm very pleased with it.

I have been looking at buying one of these 700 gallon beasts for my fish who are tried of living in there 75 gallon when I move out. Can these fish tanks be set up like a regular indoor fish tank? My dream idea is to take several of these fibber glass fish tanks and link them up with clear PVC pipes in a fish tank system for my fish. http://oceanrailroader.deviantart.com/art/Fish-Tank-Highway-System-325365125

I did once email the fish tank company in Florida the one that had the big four to five foot deep 26,000 gallon tank and they said if I wanted to add four viewing windows that where four feet by eight feet long it would cost $40,000 dollars. Oddly this same company told me that it would be far cheaper to have a giant round shaped tank with large viewing windows in it then a square fish tank.
