Here are few pics of my African Tank, I recently had a thread about the differences between males and females, not sure what I have?

Thanks,

Very nice, I love your castle set up that is great!

So it is going to be hard to tell if they are male and female for the mbuna. But if you want comparison shots look:

(Remember there are a bunch of photos for each fish you have to click on the tab under the photo.)

But for sure your german red peacock is a male. (Well I have been fooled once into thinking a red one was a male, when it held, but this one has too much color to be a female.)

Then your yellow lab, well likely male, but again one never knows till they start holding.

As for the zebra of some sort again I can't say for sure since Metriaclima estherae have eye spots on both the males and females. Plus that one (well it looks there might be 2, but no close up of the other) has maybe some albino in it?

Anyways the castles get a smile, nice little tank you have there.

to be honest i think it looks pretty Crappy.

Don't pay attention to the clown with the negative comments - its all about personnel preference and your tank looks good and clean and more importantly your fish look healthy - nice!

they wont be happy for long get them some "REAL" rocks caves they will be much happier.
