My 75 is empty, considering Grammodes or Jaguars to go in it.

Mine has a small cave and sand bottom. They are pricey if u find a large one. Rapps had a large male a month ago about 6 inches for $55. I should have bought it

This guy was about an inch when I got him at the 2010 ACA convention.

He was about 8 inches when I auctioned him off 2 weeks ago.
I raised him and a female in a 75gal, they spawned at least 3 times, before he killed the female a month or so ago.

I could not keep any other fish in that tank with them, they were lethal as a pair.

I found some on a website, small ones for 10.79 each. The shipping is the killer part. 34.99 for overnight. Might not be that bad for overnight, but I will check some local stores to see if they can special order a little cheaper. There used to be a good fish store here that kept hard to find fish, but it went under. Might have something to do with a Petsmart right down the road.

My Jag kept developing a white fungus, that would start on his eye. I treated with Melafix and water changes, and he would be fine for a month or so. This last time, he developed the infection all over, I tried to treat it, but no luck this time. He's buried in my yard, he was 14 inches and the biggest fish I had ever had, definitely my favorite.

I just don't know what to do, except maybe get some more tanks and keep 1 each of several species I like. Don't think the husband would be too happy about filling the living room with that many tanks. I have to get the 75 filled up and start the cycling process before I can even think about getting the main occupant. I just want to plan ahead and research what I end up getting. A little info will help make a good decision.
