Great video! Hopefully they don't kill everything of like they do in my tank. Had one eat a 3in crawfish yesterday. I thought the tank was gonna explode it was so violent. He swam around with the tail hanging out for over an hour.
Now that I know where to get them it would be easier just to catch some more rather than waiting to see if they breed.
They love crayfish. The green sunfish ate a crayfish the other day that was almost as long as he was. I stopped putting them in there though because they make a huge mess eating them and the tank gets really cloudy really fast when I put those in there.
nice tank! my long ears only 3in. but he's starting to orange up. hopefully he turns out as nicely colored as yours.my redbreast rules the show for color right now.
