I really like the setup,looks very professional ,must have cost you and arm and leg so far.BUT ALL THAT WORK
!When will we get another update and when are you going to be finished,how long have you had the sharks?

Total cost wise, I am looking at around 6k. I know I could have had a single much larger tank for that but this way I get to keep isolated tanks for differnt fish.
I hope to have all the plumbing done this weekend as well as the skimmer and the two pumps hooked up and ready to run. Soon as I get that done I can do a full system test. Then let it run a week to ensure no problems arise such as leaks and stuff. I hope to be ready to put my fish in there in 2-3 weeks or so. I will be able to skip the typical tank cycle as I have 400 gallons of water currently in use that will come over with the fish.
Have had the female for about 3 years and the male a little over a year now. He's just about big enough to start breeding I think.

so um this might be kinda personal, but how much did all that cost. im only wondering because i would like to get a big acrylic tank from a "good" dealer. i was thinking like 150 gallons or larger. also were did those tanks come from??
I had a local guy build them for me. Got a great deal on the tanks.. All 4 tanks plus the sump cost $4200, and he delivered. And the total looks like $6000 after plumbing, pumps, salt etc. etc.

nice. your lucky!!! im lookin at like 1,000 for a 150 gallon tank. but im debating on weather to go glass or acrylic. i take it you like acrylic lol. whats your opinion for a tank of that size!

looks nice can't wait to have my own house to do that but fw. but don't get me wrong i'll have a smaller sw tank. lest say 125 to 200 gallons well good luck keep us posted.
