Very good looking setup. My only issue is with keeping Frontosas mixed with Malawis. That tank has an Mbuna rockwork, not suitable in the least for frontosas, not to mention their different dietary requirements.

I agree with this statement. Although not about the feeding they can be fed the same diet as long as its something like NLS. But I would think that the Frontosa will get beat up by that others. I am not one to complain tho. I mix lakes all the time. Its just a matter of removing anyone that becomes aggressive. Just my opinions.

The tank looks incredible I am a very big fan of slate I just posted some pics of my 110xh on the I am new section.

I agree with not mixing Malawis with frontosas. The malawis are more agressive and will nip the frontosas. The malawis will stress them out. Also the slate rocks are too sharp for frontosas, since they are very skiddish. The diet is not an issue. Both have the same diet, NLS and ocassional bloodworms, brine/mysis shrimp and some veggies are fine.
