My African Arowana

Hello. I bought a 4" African Aro 2 weeks ago (August 20th,2017). I thought I would make a thread to keep track of its growth. I apologize ahead of time if the pictures are not the best (been lazy to scrub the algae).


08/20/17 (Day 1):



09/03/17 (2 weeks later) grew fairly fast!

Thank you! It'll darken up as it gets larger and when it goes into a darker environment.

Hao nice job looks great. I think my mistake was I fed blood worms not black worms due mainly to mine being housed with a bunch of discus I would have went broke trying to feed black worms those damn discus were to greedy and led to the afros demise. Keep the updates coming love these afros.

Almost 3 week update. The albino sens are about 4" for comparison.

It's almost 4 weeks with this African aro (pretty much doubled in length). I'll probably update this African aro once a month from this point on.
