I CANT BELIEVE THIS BUT IT HAPPENED CAUSE I SAW THE ANEMONE SPIT HIM UP. NO PICS, I WAS IN AWE WHEN I SAW IT. IS THIS NORMAL OR SHOULD I TAKE THIS GUY BACK TO THE LFS?

^ :iagree:

LMAO oh wow, I know I shouldn't be laughing but that's ridicuous, lol. I'm sorry:(, not trying to be a jerk, the thread just surprised me. My carpet anemone has munched a few chromis when they got too close - have found the translucent shells of what used to be fish resting at the base of the anemone. Like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar, I swear. But yes, some anemones are aggressive carnivores, and will snatch anything that comes too close for too long. What kind of anemone is it. I hope not a Condi, those are known bastids.

I told you in your last thread that you had a condylactus nem, and the clown would not host it. They are not good anemones to have in your tank.

lol cool!!!! i know thats mean to say but wow you must be in the elite for that to happen to....hmmm

it was a long tenacle something, not a condi. i thought it was pretty wicked though, oh well. I took it back to the lfs and got these instead ;) as well as a prizm skimmer. What do you guys think?
