Hi,

I do not agree with this "brazilian rays are banned because there were taken too much out for private hobbyist"

Killing&Eating them is still legal, killing them for Tourist-Beaches too and as much as I know Japan has a permit to fish in the Brazilian rivers for the large Quantity of fish they eat.

So the rays which were taken out for Aquariums are just a really really small part of the rays which are taken out there.

In my Eyes it was just a "commercial" on some "nature safe" for the Braszilian Government.
The "food-fish"Lobby is much larger there then the fish-exporter Lobby.

It is legal its just ZOO diver reads the thread with his dive goggles on and dosnt get it. And starts posting stupid comments. Or maybe he just likes to here himself speak. You know I posted this thread as a positive thing, just sucks when people start to hate.

Take it easy though, I have read this whole thread, and I think you guys are both right.

Zoo is a mod, so he is definitely the appointed "enforcer" On these boards.

IF you have direct ties with the pres, AND he knows of all your doings.....Then you must be well within your rights,to be doing what it is you are doing.

I'm sure you both have fax machines, documents could be shown (not that anyone has anything they HAVE to prove to anyone here).....

As stated before Blake and Skylar gassed the flames. I hope you guys can work things out, cause zoo, is an all American representation of the kind of person we all (as Americans) strive to be! And from the sound of it the original poster is a great citizen as well. Thats my .02 Keep us posted guys!!!!

Either way I think you both got each other wrong. I know Zoodiver how should I say takes things dealing with pima's/other expensive wildlife uber serious. But at the same time Apisto Master and not kissing any ass here just because you breed fish but I think you're in the right and I don't think there's anything you're doing that is wrong.

I would also take into light what Alex G. has said.
