My Arapaima Growout 21-22"

how exactly are you planning on getting that pima out of there? At 2 feet plus you need some sort of heavy duty net? I know at the local aqarium, someone was trying to move a pima a while back and while the fish was splashing it hit one of the employees on the side and cracked/broke his rib.

What meds u use to knock them out?

2 ft is still doing able if you know what you're doing...pimas are strong fish so a lil force during the transfer shouldnt do much damage haha

hit up JohnPTC he put his pima out when he did that transfer; easiest way to move fish I would imagine..... no injuries for sure (unless you OD the fish of course)

Oh I have MS-222 I was just curious what mansterkill used in the Philippines.

Yea I'm not worried moving a 2ft fish. I've moved larger arapaimas than that.

did you see the fishing program on discovery channel last week. showed a guy fishing in breeding pools for pima. he caught a large female over 6ft and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thick,
