I had an archer way back and he nailed everything dead on. Loved to nail freeze dried shrimp and krill on the tank top and swim after guppies.

My friend wants to get a fish tank, and I was thinking of getting her a 29 and getting archers, but wasnt sure what to put with them. And decor looks like I should go with a 3d background?

The overall paludarium size is 60"X28"X41", so around 300gals. The water portion is around 100gals.
I've posted pics before on other threads, but here's a FTS from not too long ago:
Personally, I think a 29g is too small for archers. Even the smallest species get to around 6" and they seem to require very good water conditions to stay healthy. Plus, they're a lot more fun in a school, so a bigger tank is definitely better.
