lookn really good! I wouldnt starve such a small cichla. if possible put him in his own tank and start feeding him frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp. When he is eating that happily start crushing pellets into the mix. Then gradually up the amount of pellets till he is eating strictly pellets. That is too nice of a cichla to let wither away.
