MY ARO LOOKS SICK PLEASE HELP (10 sec video link)!!!!!

my ammonia is 0ppm and very small traces of nitrate and nitrite are present. ph is low at 6.5 but it has gone up from 6 or less about 4 weeks ago. it has been 6 or less for the 8 months i had the aro.
 
Ok so that's all good. But u still need to add watercondition/declor. Up the temp and add salt. Wish for the best

Is ur tank cycled yet? Theres noway it can be the chlorine issue from 20-30% change only unless ur chlorine level is very high from tap which i doubt.

if i were u i would buy aquarium salt and up the temperature of the water.. if that doesn't work try doing a larger water
change than u would normally do.. :)

make sure you also have very good filtration aros rely on good filtration...
what filtration do u have?
 
I am running 2 eheiem pro II and i fed everyday is that to much??? THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP, ADVICE AND CARE BUT UNFORTUNETLY I THINK ITS TO LATE. GOT THE CALL FROM MY GIRLFRIEND THIS MONRING AND I THINK WE LOST HIM THIS MORNING. I WILL CHECK WHEN I GET HOME BUT IT DOESNT LOOK GOOD =(
