That was my though, looks as if either longer than 6' or shorter than 24", maybe the canopy makes it look unproportional.

there is a filter placed in the hood
in the pics you can see a powerhead
anyways i am getting another powerhead(the lfs was out of stock) for the filter as i want some current in the tank.
i am not sure of substrate as i do not want sand nor do i want gravel

any ideas and advice fellows
