Welcome to MFK and sorry for your loss. generally you can get good advice and information here. Often times you have to wade through lots of BS to get it though.

I made an 8x3x2 feet tank for this arowana, cycled it, checked for ammonia and pnemonia and everything there is... never mind guys, thanks for all your help. i guess i'll grow gold fish and guppies in it now.

Did no one else notice the bolded part? I don't like personal attacks on someone, but I'm interested to know how you would test for pnemonia in your tank? If there was a risk of your arow getting pnemonia, turn your heaters on?:)

You did not read all the posts? Obviously not if your asking this question.;)

brush it off, double check everything again and go get another one. aros are tough fishes, if your mollies and platties are fine and eating well, your tank is ready for a new aro.
when you do go get another 1 make sure it is eating at the store. then if you really choose to feed live feeders, i wouldn't throw in more than one or two at a time. crickets are good to start him eating but i would switch to another food asap, cuz when my aros get too much crickets they refuse all other foods for weeks. and by the time they eat SW, they eat alot less compared to before the starving.
