The scales will heal given time. The break in the tail looks very bad given the break is at the root/tail end. Time will tell if the tail heals and to what extent. U can maintain good water parameters and keep your fingers crossed.
It is better when handling aros to use either something like Transmore rather than a net whenever possible or not so experienced in handling aros. The most common damage using nets I have seen is damaged feelers.
The fish is young so that's your advantage. If everything else is optimum, the fish feeds..healing could take several months but be prepared for disappointment. I understands its not what u want to hear but the tail could heal or it might not and it might heal and not look quite right. If it does heal, it could require a little "modification" to make it look less damaged.
Should heal I wouldn't worry. My guy has lost and regrow many scales over the years they grow back fairly quickly however in a mature red or gold coloured fish the new scale might take a while to develope its colour back.
The tail split also heals in time again my guys done it as bad if not worse many times over the years and it always eventually reattachs.
In both cases your looking at weeks for full recovery time not days, but you'll start to see new growth in the first few days.
