Nice axolotl! I really love the white albino ones myself. But it sure is cute in the feeding dish.

thanks, I hadn't seen them around here either but I lucked out and there was a breeder at a reptile show

I feed him primarily frozen bloodworms. Mine seems particularly picky as I've tried a bunch of foods and they seem to be the one thing he will consistantly gobble down. Even the salmon pellets I bought from the breeder are generally ignored and just end up staining the water by the time he gets to them
