I don't know about the temps, as I've never kept them, but no, they do not metamorphose into an adult form. yeah, the ideal temp is in the low to mid 60s with 75 degrees being the danger zone so to speak. And as everyone else stated, its neotonic and will not change; its lives out its life in the water (as with all great ]V[onsters lol)![]()

Cool pics. I've seen them at shows around here from time to time, but I didn't see any at the show yesterday
