It's look more like a striata but it could be an emperor with a darker colouration.You need to give a bigger pics of the fish so I can identify it.

Skip a day or two not feeding and see if it except the food. Wouldn't feed any live feeders unless they were quarantined and treated for parasites.

You could offer it the Earthworms just wash them off prior to feeding.

Freeze dried and Frozen Bloodworms are low in nutrition.
