The tank can be dosed, but the antiparasite meds work their best when ingested. Levamisole is an option as well. The fish may be too far gone at this point. Once they stop eating it becomes exponentially harder.

Try laying the fish on a warm wet towel and use an eyedropper with the medication. When the gills flex to breathe drop some in the open mouth. This is a gentle way that may work. The baby o will ingest some at a time. What is the temperature of the tank?

Dosing CZ clear in the tank would be a waste. If the yellow pill is an antibiotic, it won’t work at a higher PH. Your best bet is just use General cure in the water
