hi everyone,
As i net my 7" perch to put in a bag and for some reasons, it turned belly up. It's still breath and swim upside down now. It seems to has a broken spine or some thing wrong with the air bubble that fish use to stable themselve (if that how u call it). Now it's just floating on top and look around. Is there any medicine and any method to cure it?
Thanks

Wrong thread btw , anyways did it slamm itself on anything leading u to think broken spine?

did u hit it or jam it between the net and the side? Or maybe out of being scared it swam into the side really fast? Add a bunch of salt and lots of aeration... not much more u can do...

Sounds more to me like he had a lack of o2 then bumping something. If you have a powerhead try putting him in front of the outlet to let him get that air circulating in the current..

i could barely understand what you were trying to say. your grammar was horrendous. seriously try to use at least semi-correct grammar next time. all the fish that ive had go belly up died, but if you really want to save it id try adding calcium, maybe increasing temp, and increase oxygen flow. also add aquarium salt to relieve stress
