Thank you all for your replies. I had tried to add salt and increase aeration but he still not show any sign of recovering. I think the best thing is to put him out of misery. Poor thing was doing so well until I netted him. To all Barras owners, please handle these fishes with care. They seem big and strong but they are not. If you have to catch one, please use a bucket instead of a net. I think they will do better with a bucket. This also applied to Datnoids.
