not to sound like an old lady but just be positive that you got it as fire proof as you can,you know,surge protectors or whatever you would need.I would hate for anyone to end up with a house fire from a home built deal,let alone with animals in the house.Not doubting you dude,Im always expecting the unexpected,yeah it drives me nutts sometimes.I got it from my mommy.
