ok so one of my sens ate a large pice of gravel........ i found out when i looked at him and saw that he was trying to eat something so i looked and saw him try to get the rock down and tryed to get it out but it didnt work do u think hes gona die? or will hi be fine???? i hope he will be fine but idk.

How big is the gravel?And this is why sand or bare bottom tanks are best for bichirs.

A.It will regurgetate it
B.It will find a nice out of the way place in its stomach
C.It will pass out thru the alimentary canal

yea well he just got it down after a long time of me trying to get it out hes doing fine just hangin out. yea the tank only has a little bit of gravel for the catfish i got in there. its really big gravel idk how he got it down.
yea well i dont think this polys is to smart cuz i just caught him trying to eat another but i got it out of his mouth before he got it down. idk wat to do with this fish. so idk i hope he does fine my other ones dont eat it at all.

lol yea i might go pick up some pool filter sand today. so i dont have to get spined or bit any more. they are strong fish lol.
