Thanks! he is about 3 months old currently. He eats a mixture of shrimp carnivore pellets silversides (obviously) blood worms and brine shrimp. Silversides being his main staple,

yah dude that is deffinatly a female...you can tell from the bottom fin on the back side...on a male it is thick and white

I see . Is it normal for their tail fin to be reddish ? She seems to have a red tinge on the last half inch of her body. She eats alot of blood worms. could that have something to do with it ?

Think of that as a 'stretch mark'

That last bit of pink color on the back end of the body is a sign that your little sen is growing

awesome! Thanks cohazard im glad she's happy and growing. When I got her it looks like she was about 2 inches lol I hadn't noticed how quickly she grew.
