I would not get an ornate with the two senegals, if you want something other than a senegal look at the smaller upper jaw species, like Retropinnis, Palmas Palmas, Palmas Polli, Palmas Buettikoferi, and Mokelembembe. Those would mix much better than an Ornate would.

I have keep a senegal and an ornate, no problem. Maybe im just lucky.

the Ornate will grow big very fast and most likely give the senegals some trouble if kept in too small a tank.

My ornate grew 7" in almost 4 months. It has slowed since.
