My Bichirs LOAD WARNING!!!

is it better to not have any gravel in the tank for bichirs...nic bichirs by the way...

some like it, some dont, i like sand, but, i always used sand for my cichlids so it was just logical for me. only been keeping a birchir a short period of time. rocks, some plants and sand, some say their birchirs hide all the time with rocks and plants, but i see mine enough .
