What do you feed yours by the way?

hm, almost anything, from crickets, earthworms, pellets, FBW, frogs, and occasionally some feeders. I change the food every week, just to give variations in the diets.
SB palmas cost more when they are really really SB or super Short Body I'd say. I saw a SB albino sen in the lfs, which was more SB than yours, but I did not buy it because the body scales were not align properly. I hope I could take pictures of it next time.

I think mine is so small for frogs,In general i don't feed my fish life food, I use my home made mix,Small shrimp,Beef heart and chicken breasts as a treat
I din't know they are that expensive, I paid about 4$ for mine

yeah, non life food is much better, I feed them those that I mentioned above only because there are endlis and dels in my tank which are bits fuzzy with non life food. Since most of palmas here are locally breed, I should be able to find some SB palmas, it just take sometimes to find a good one. But I'll take pics next time. Meanwhile, get a longfin albino sens, they also look nice.

My endli eats only the shrimp,Beef heart and the chicken breasts, But it is so slow in getting to the food, So i must wait till he moves to the center of the tank- when all the food is gone- and then drop something for him

I would like to give those to mine, but I just cant trust the food sold on the market here. You could try hikari massivore is they are sold in your country.

How i wish my sen is as fat as yours. He is now skinny like a snake. I want to beef him up to your size. But he ain't eating as much hikari sinking pellets

If i can trust the food in the market for myself and my family so it is trusted for my fish
I didn't use billets for years for any of my fish, Mostly they don't take it or don't like it much or it is so expensive, And i do really like cooking for my swimming friends.

Try feeding it something natural, Tilabia meat or shrimp GL

how big is your sen? give it bloodworms, and more frequent feeding.

ill say 5" due to school i could only afford to feed him once a day. However i feed until he is no longer interested in the pellets. As for bloodworms, i think ill pass, they make a complete mess in my tank when I throw them in. Trying to get them on mealworms though
