its not the lights

Dude that light is affecting how that dat looks. It has a orange coloration but those purple color nan lights im assuming he has in there cause hes trying to make the red aro look better is affecting how the tiger looks. You dont see alot of people using them on tigers only asian aros. And orange base tigers arent rare i have one now and have had others.

I have a 11 inch that looks just like that, I have used super white light on it and it looks pretty close to the same color, it has also been raised on mostly pellets. I have 40 or so other dats and most of the ones that are pellets only look that way as well. I have noticed that they are only stable when they display. I think he is just a chill tiger and thats that... I have yellows, banana and the orange, so lightly plays a role, but its not so significant that it would make a tiger super orange, they have to be that base color naturally. Lights bring it out but not as much as people claim... I've tried, this is not just bs i've read somewhere, I find that most people read a few treads and think they can talk...

I understand the whole light thing and have had god knows how many dats but what im saying is that the light he or she is using looks just like a black light mixed with another type and that the black light is giving it a stranger look.

Look at something else in the tank that's white...like the spots on the leopoldi. They are white, and the dat is actually reddish

Yeah i dont disagree with you on the whole orange tiger phase existing. I have only one now but a year ago i had 5. I even had a IT where the gold was a pale purplish color for who knows what reason. It was interesting.
