life reef makes 1 of the best sumps/refuge. i did a similar setup for my 28 nano. i had lifereef build me the largest sump i could fit on my shelf next to my tank, it turned out to be 20gal.

very nice job. i love it.

thats what i did, well biggest dimensions for the instand area. i was going to go alittle taller but was worried about the light. i was actually shooting for about 20 gallons, but 15 gallons works for me. i love his work!

doesnt the biocube have a rear chamber with pumps like the jbj does?

yes but i wanted something diffrent. not to many people with these type tanks add this type of system, so i decided to.:D

I emailed lifereef to inquire about the setup he said that I would need the following....
"The sump/refugium you are referring to is $389.00 for the sump/refugium only. You also need the Nano Prefilter Box, $99.00, return pump Mag7 $77.00, Tunze 9002 protein skimmer $149.00, and light for refugium $69.00."

Obviously I wouldnt need the fuge light because i would buy one from a hardware store, but does the rest of the part list look about right? Did he miss anything?
