My Black Aro 2013 update

Nice black Hao, looks very thick and healthy. I am catching up, mine are pushing 24"+. How long does it take to hit 30"?

Well My Black Aro was moved into 72"x30"x30" tank when it was 22". It was around December of 2011 when I moved it. It hit 26" about 4 month later. Then slowed down greatly after. I have a high bioload so it grew pretty slow. But If you have less bioload and a bigger tank. I'm sure it'll hit 30" soon. Brian(Bderick) black aro grew up in a 96"x36"x30" from a decent size. They are about 28"-30". I believe his grew pretty fast.
 
Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I've had this Black Aro since August of 2011 at 14"-15"
 
It died awhile back. I posted a thread about it called "Fall of Godzilla" or something like that but I still have a 23" congicus and 24" ansorgii.
