My Black Aro Fins.. Help!

I don't know what happen to my shadow's fins again.. but i think it's just minor.. can his fins will be bak to normal? theres no broken bones of his fins.. please help me.. whats the best way and treatment to his fins to be back to normal.. his tankmate is only a 2.5" Indo Tiger.. no decoration.. TIA! his currently 12-13"..

Looks like your indo might be nipping. Add some aquarium salt and do a few water changes this week and that should heal him up(if the indo isn't nipping). Aros are fast and efficient healers.

ive had injuries similar but nothing to the extent that of yours but made a full recovery heres hoping urs will too. something must be nippin in your tank dude thats how mine was caused.

Could it be fin rot? How long did it take to reach this point?

I assume your water params are in check, treat with a mela/pimafix combo, half doeses of each for two weeks and do water changes as per the directions on the bottle.

Here is a link to the info you need...I had the same issue and Bderick gave me great info and my aros are perfect now! I have a feeling it's fin rot, but read the advise he gave me and follow through with it cause it was a huge help!
