My Black Aro Fins.. Help!

Looks like fin rot to me. Didn't you go through this a few months back? Maybe go back and check out what ya did before.

I assume your water params are in check, treat with a mela/pimafix combo, half doeses of each for two weeks and do water changes as per the directions on the bottle.

i think that his old tankmates are 1 Sajica, 1 Golden Severums, 1 Uaru and 1 Rotkiel.. all american cichlid and they really poo a lot so i think it's because of poor water.. but i sell the ciclids and change it to a 2.5" Indo Tiger.. i do water change 20% - 30% every 2 days and add salt.. i bump the temp of 31 deg..

yeah but that's offensive bullying of my orino thats why he ended up like that few months ago.. for now i just do every 2 days 20 - 30% water change and adding salt.. and it's healing back.. ^^ by the Bderick it is okay i put him in L55xW30xH21?
 
I would say it could be alright in that tank upto when it is about 20".
