It took me a while because I have never seen those in black. My wife is an Avon lady, and she buys the girly version, which is white.
I use something completely different if I find the need to be less stinky around other people. Speed Stick. No need to handle the balls.
The first thing that I thought of when I saw those balls was a little molecule model building kit that I had as a child. I put little pointy sticks and balls together to create models of salt crystals & such.
But those balls were soft sponge rubber inside, and it never would’ve worked with polypropylene without a torch to heat the sticks up.
Rubber balls made it easy to do things like turn one molecule into another.
