You know what I really like about him is that the majority of his body is very light. Over the years I am seeing them with more black in the bodies which diminishes the black bar.

Ah the good ol days, I would make it my profile pic only reason I didn't was because he's in a acrylic tank now so every scratch shows up when I take a picture. It bothers me lol. Gonna keep this fish till he dies hopefully.

ive noticed this as well, I'm glad mine has the color scheme it does. Although that changes depending on its mood.
