That last pic looks like a pair, with the female on the left and more robust
between the head and pectoral fin. Thats how I sex G's and the slope of
the chin and head.
Also I can't see what kind of filter you have but for breeding you should
get a air sponge filter, or a tiny HOB filter with a sponge on the intake.
To pair off just place three in a tank and see if a pair forms.
Then remove the beaten fish out of the tank.
Cold water (65) change say 40% then let the temp come back up to 75.
You can ice them down daily til they spawn let the temp come up to low mid
70's.
If they are nest breeders then offer live floating plants, like Green Hygro.
Mouth brooders like to have a cave or 3 to hide in when holding.
Might want to soften your water with black water extract.

I had a pair a few years back and I would like to say I was a great accurst but I put them in a tank and off they went but they were in a tank on there own and a good size tank
