My blue dolphin (Cytocara moori)

OK I'm now officially in the market for one. That is my daughters favorite fish because of the head. Time to start shopping.
 
My dolphins actually grow at a pretty nice pace, alot faster than i thought they would after hearing about how slow they grow. I bought them at about 1.5-2" when I got them mid June. Now they are like 2.5-3" and the alpha male is 3.5".
 
Wow, thats great growth rate for a blue dolphin. I wish mine would grow that fast. I noticed it does not grow at all then all of a sudden it has a small growth spurt, about a quarter inch or so , then months at that size , then another spurt...

I like the colors too, i hope it does not fade too much, i have seen many that lighten up alot . I have also seen some very blue adult fish. I will keep my fingers crossed that mine will stay dark blue LOL.
 
Here is a pic of my dolphin colony, they are in my care for last 1.5 years. They are housed in a 135 with a wet/dry filter and undergravel jets, they are the second most fun fish i have, the kigoma fronts are my favs. anyway here is a pic of tank.

Those are beautiful. I just love them, they are so unusual looking , i think thats why i like them so much, the blue color and humps on the head too . What more could you ask for ...

Hey there guys i know its alot but i need alot of info on moori dolphins i have 4 and just dont know enough apart from they are all doing well but cant seem to sex them... (hate that term sounds like i want to bad touch them lol) :)
